Charles Sébline’s appreciation of boxer shorts and smoking shirts goes way back to the time he spent working at Yves Saint Laurent’s atelier during the late 90s. He continues to honour this today through designs – such as this piece – that feel lifted straight from a French Riviera fantasy. Instead of his signature sprightly stripes, he casts black thread embroidery as the contrasting detail against crisp white cotton poplin.
